In 2017, because of TM’s extensive background with destination marketing, we were tapped by the Texas Rangers baseball team to develop a promotional campaign aimed at driving ticket sales and increasing attendance during their annual Dot Bobblehead giveaway event. So we got right to work, swiftly and efficiently creating a half dozen social videos and three TV spots — all in a single day of shooting.
Our efforts were so successful that we were then asked to create the team’s first-ever Super Bowl spot. Baseball is America’s past time, but come February it’s the farthest thing from our minds. We wanted to change all that, so we created the “Baseball Season” TV spot to remind the world, at a time when all eyes are watching the pigskin, to toss out the helmets and break out the mits, because when football is over, baseball season is just beginning.
